He advises business owners, boards and management teams on growth, succession, capital strategy and strategic transactions.He specialises in helping founder-led and mid-market businesses prepare for and execute acquisitions, investment processes, ownership transitions and long-term value creation strategies. His approach is commercial, direct and highly practical, with a focus on giving clients clear advice that can be implemented.Jeremy has a background across corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investment and financial analysis. He has previously held roles at PwC and Deloitte, advising ASX-listed, private equity-backed and growth-stage businesses. He brings experience across private businesses, investors and institutional transaction processes, combining detailed financial discipline with a strong understanding of owner-led business decision-making.Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and MBA from the University of Sydney.
