Joe is an experienced CEO with a proven track record of business growth. He is an adaptive and authentic leader that builds and motives teams to create sustainable financial advice businesses. He is deeply passionate about the financial advice industry and wants every Australian to access good financial advice at an affordable price. His purpose is to challenge others to lead purposeful lives.

Joe has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry having held senior and leadership roles in the areas of marketing, operations and strategic management within a range of companies, including IOOF, Zurich and AXA. In his most recent role, Joe was CEO of Consultum Financial Advisers, an AFSL Licensee, for over 8 years where he managed and grew the Advisory network by over 80% to over 190 Advisers, representing over $9.5Bn of Funds under Advice.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Marketing) from the University of Tasmania as well as an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner® professional.
