Ross Melville has 40 years of experience in Public Accounting working with business owners from all types of industries to help them purchase, sell, manage and grow their businesses. He also has experience assisting individual investors with their taxation and finance needs. Recently he has been working with mature family business groups in succession planning to develop strategies for smoothly passing businesses and wealth on to the next generation.

Ross is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax agent, Registered Company auditor, and an Authorized representative able to give advice on setting up and running self-managed superannuation funds.

Ross is also an accomplished sportsman having been a star Lacrosse player, coach and past president of his local Lacrosse Club. He is also a skilled sailor having competed at local, state, national and international levels and previously competed in the 2007 Sydney-to-Hobart Yacht race.
